Mitsubishi Electric began mass production of SiC modules in 2013. To contribute to even higher efficiency, downsizing, and weight reduction of industrial equipment, Mitsubishi Electric has enhanced their lineup to include SiC (600/1200/3300V) power modules for a wide range of applications.
